How Doctor’s Can Fight Bad Reviews

Google is adding more cool tools to help Dentists make the most of their Google Local profile (I hope you have yours up and optimized!)

You can now add a reply to any reviews left on your listing. This is a great way to interact with patients who have taken the time to leave a review for you and can also help you manage your reputation if someone has left a bad review.

Research has found that prospective patients really do pay attention to reviews in their buying process so it is important that you get as many as you can added to your local business listing.

Reviews are one of the things that Google uses to determine which dental practice it will feature when someone searches for a dentist and you want to make sure people find you. Now is a great time to go back and take a look at your listing – if you have received a review in the last week or two why not add a comment to it and show your patients you are paying attention to what they have to say.
